• 4:45-6:00 Watch Fine Artists Race-the-Clock, start-to-finish in 75 minutes!
• Stroll and meet the demonstrator artists before the bell.
• 4:30-6:15 Bid on Silent Auction art
• 4 :30-6:15 Shop Little Gems small works art gallery (these are delightful finished pieces of locally made art, ready to purchase)

• Enjoy Laurel Ridge Country Club's tasty menu by new Executive Chef BRUCE DAVIES
• Choose and buy a Little Gem small original artwork until 8:30
• Cash bar moves to pavilion (bar closed 10 minutes to transfer bottles)
• Relax as artists frame fresh art for auction
• Preview live auction art 
• Select your dinner seating - reserved seating in the front row is available on our ticket page
• Place final bids in Silent Auction
• Snap up last minute gifts for yourself or someone else at the Little Gems Gallery located by the dining hall bar - Little Gems sales close at 8:30
